Shipping policy

Most orders will ship within 2 business days after the order has been placed. We will email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships. Processing may take up to two business days.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday - Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
